"Reservationless-Plus" is conferencing available on demand. Using this service, you may initiate a conference call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – without making a reservation.

What is "Web-enhanced" conferencing?

"Web-enhanced" conferencing is an extension of Reservationless-Plus conferencing.

Today, Web-Enhanced Conferencing allows Leaders to initiate a conference, dial out to participants, control all aspects of the conference, data conferencing, and conference recording and archiving — using a standard Web browser. Leaders (or account holders) can also make changes to their account information, view completed conference information and check invoices.

Today, conferencing can be used for all of your conferencing needs. You may choose to use Reservationless-Plus conferencing from your telephone, or via the Internet through our Web-enhanced conferencing. We have also integrated Reservationless-Plus with data conferencing and streaming into one Internet conferencing tool.

What types of meetings are best suited for conferencing?

You'll find these meetings work well for 99% of typical business conferencing scenarios.

If your phone meeting won't require Operator-assisted features (such as polling, Q & A, etc.), and if you don't plan to have more than a total of 80 conference participants (including the Leader), conferencing is your best choice.

Since conferencing is fast, convenient, and reservation-less, it's a perfect tool for:
Management meetings and updates
  Planning meetings
  Product announcements
  Quick competitive updates
  Sales Meetings
  Team meetings (weekly, monthly)
Technical troubleshooting (get everyone online instantly)

What's an "Owner Number"?

The "Owner Number" is your private account number, and it can be used for all services. If you'd like to make reservations for any other services, including Operator-Assisted Conferencing, you'll be asked to provide this Owner Number. Please keep your Owner Number private.

What's a "Conference Code"?

The "Conference Code" is a number that is specific to all of your conferences. When entered either via the Web or using a telephone key pad, the Conference Code alerts our system that you are having a conference. The Conference Code also references your pre-selected conference options, making them all available to you during the call.

Your Conference Code is the number you distribute to your conference participants. When your guests enter the Conference Code to join a meeting, our system recognizes the Code and can automatically route your participant to your conference.

We strongly recommend that you use your 10-digit phone number as your Conference Code, since it will be easy to remember for you and your participants .

What's a "Leader PIN"?

The Leader PIN is the number you choose as your secret Personal Identification Number. It's a good idea to select a Leader PIN that you'll remember easily, but which will be difficult for others to guess.

Your Leader PIN allows you to initiate a conference, and it also gives you secure access to our Account Management section.

Remember: your Leader PIN is a private number, and you should not distribute it to anyone.
